Choose your skimmer with either a filter pad or filter brushes. Filter brushes can be purchased to retrofit existing skimmers. Filter brushes have proven to be the best choice! Filter brushes cost more but reduce cleaning frequency and are less restrictive so pumps are less likely to run low on water. Filter brushes are 15" long. (shown at top right without debris net). Brushes are very effective at removing solids from water while allowing water to flow freely into pump chamber.
